Week 42

(10/27 - 11/2)

Our little monkey for his first halloween!

For Halloween we just dressed Pierson up and took him by to see both sets of grandparents... when we were seeing Drew's parent's they were at some friends house and they gave him this banana... he kept hitting it on the floor. It was too cute!

Drew bought us 2 pumpkins to carve together. I don't think I've ever really carved a pumpkin (that I can remember at least) It was a lot of fun... we were cracking ourselves up!

My pumpkin is the one on the right... Drew says I scare him with the knife... so I stuck to the most simple design I could think of :-)

Pierson has really started clapping a lot and it's too cute! He's also started giving 5's... sort of :-) We stick our hand out and say "gimme 5" and he hits it... several times :-)

He has also started cruising around the furniture quite a bit. At first he'd only move along the couch if he wanted to get to a toy or the remote... but now he's constantly moving along the couch, love seat, chair, and even across the laundry basket or anything else he can get to. He's getting more brave by the day... we've definitely got to keep an extra close eye on him :-)

He loves his bath time! I wash him first in his little infant tub, and then stick him in the big tub to play some and he just loves it.
