Pierson and I are adjusting to spending our days apart... while it's definitely not easy... I know he's at a great place so it makes it a little better. (He even smiles at his teacher in the mornings when I drop him off so that makes me feel better... I know he likes her!) I try to go visit him during my lunch hour when I can and I just can't wait to get home in the evenings to hang out with him! He's doing pretty good sleeping... he either sleeps through the night or wakes up once to eat. A guy at work told me that the earlier that he and his wife put their kiddos to bed when they were infants the better they slept... which sounds weird... but IT WORKED! Pierson now goes to bed between 8:30 and 9:30 and then sleeps at least 8 hours or so (if he doesn't sleep through the night) and then eats and goes back to sleep. He's become a pretty good sleeper! Now if I could just go to bed when he does I might do better being on time in the mornings. It is just so much more to do getting him fed, changed, dressed, and all of our "supplies" ready for the day... on top of getting myself ready. Drew is the BEST... he cleans all the supplies every evening and then packs Pierson's bag every morning and my bag and loads them both in the car (as well as change and dress the little man if I'm still not ready) :-) We're starting to get a routine... so hopefully I'll be more punctual in the weeks to come :-) hahaha
Well, Saturday morning after feeding Pierson he went back to sleep and I started getting ready for the day. He woke back up while I was in the other room and Drew went and picked him up and put him in bed with him. (Pierson wakes up in the best moods... especially when he gets to hang out with his daddy) Here are some pictures I took...
My sister was in town for a friend's bachelorette party in T-town on Saturday night so while Drew was working on Saturday Pierson and I went out to my parents' house for the day. Here are some pictures...

Awwww. I must say I'm jealous of all the sleeping. Cole is still every 4-5 hours. He gets a few more weeks slack, and then it's tough love time. :)
