Golf Weekend

I look forward to the weekend of member/guest every summer. Drew plays in this golf tournament every summer and it's always so much fun. Thursday is a practice round and then Thursday night is a fun event the spouses get to go to, too. Friday is the start of the tournament and Friday night is left up to each player to plan whatever they want. We went to some people's house with about 30 or so other couples. Saturday is the last of the tournament and Saturday night is the formal dinner and awards. This year Drew invited my cousin Gary and they ended up getting 2nd place out of the whole tournament!! Gary's wife Kim came up, too, and so did their two kids, Max and Kyra. We had our first "official" non-family baby-sitters for Pierson... Kelsey and Kaitlyn came each night and babysat Pierson, Kyra, and Max. I'm sure the 3 of them wore the girls out... but I think Pierson had so much fun!!! I took Friday off of work and then Saturday we took the kids to the pool in the afternoon. It was so much fun!

Pierson and Max... When Max and Kyra were around Pierson seemed to NOT listen to me and just want to do whatever they were doing :-) It was really cute though!

Max and Kyra brought their dog up for part of the weekend... However... the decided the dog cage would be fun to play in... along with putting our dog Bruiser in their... too. Bruiser didn't much care to be in there... but Pierson sure did want to join in on the fun!

Max is learning to do a front flip... he jumped off the board a bunch of times and was really getting the hang of the flipping by the end... way to go Max!!

And sweet little Kyra was having fun doing turns and just jumping off the board! She's just too cute in her goggles!!
