My friend Christen and her husband Kevin had twin boys, William and Patrick, about 15 months ago and they are both absolutely precious!!! Sweet little William (along with Christen) suffers from Basal Cell Carcinoma Nevoid Syndrome (a.k.a. Gorlin's Syndrome) which carries with it a host of lifelong symptoms. Because Gorlin's Syndrome is not very common education to doctors and families is imperative. The first annual 5K run, Jingle Bells for Basal Cells, is going to be held this December in B'ville. All proceeds will go to the BCCNS organization.
