My parents have an annual Kite Flying Party out at their house every year... a bunch of their friends come out with their kites and they fly, eat good food, laugh at the funny awards that are given out, and just have a great time hanging out. I had to miss the party this year :-( but Drew and Pierson got to go. From what I hear Pierson had a FABULOUS time... especially shooting water guns and using the infinite bubble blower! We did go back out to my parents' that Sunday and flew some more kites and just hung out... here are some pictures from that...
My dad trusted Pierson to fly the kite for a moment... and then Pierson let go and the kite took off...
They had to chase the string all the way over by the barn! And Pierson got tired and my dad ended up carrying him back :-)
