Week 49 (12/15 - 12/21)

So this week was spent getting ready for Christmas and just hanging out with Pierson when we weren't at work. One exciting thing that happened... we got a nintendo Wii and a Wii Fit. Drew set it all up Thursday after Pierson went to bed and then Friday after he went to bed we started playing and played until almost 2 in the morning. We were cracking eachother up! It was so fun! We played again Saturday after Pierson went to bed until after midnight again. Neither of us are big video game players at all... but we think this will be so fun to play when friends come over and stuff :-)

So we took Pierson to see Santa Clause at the mall on Sunday. Pierson is not shy and pretty much goes to anyone so we figured everything would be fine.... I was semi worried that he might pull Santa's beard... because he LOVES to pull hair... but I never expected this:

It was INSTANT!

As soon as we picked him up and got away from Santa he was fine... poor guy!

So I was just playing around trying to take some pictures that we might be able to use for our Christmas card this year... I don't like to use flash photography and it was in the even when it was dark outside so these aren't the best... I'll show our real Christmas pic later

He was more interested in the presents than looking at the camera

Guess we'll try again another time :-)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Some of our best friends, Courtney and Josh, welcomed their sweet baby boy Mason Dwight this week... he was born Monday morning and is absolutely precious!! We're so sad they now live in Houston and we can't go visit... but want to tell them congratulations and we look forward to lots and lots of pictures!
