50 Weeks already! This was a super busy week…. I’ll update about Christmas in another post… but here are some other things from the week…On Monday our friends Chad and Melissa came over after work. We ended up chatting and playing Wii until 1 in the morning! They were in town for the week from California… they’re getting married this April and Drew is in the wedding so we’re heading out to California for it and we can’t wait!! On Tuesday I took a few hours off work and left early to head to Tulsa with my friend Jill who was in town for Christmas also. We ran by a fabric store and then met some friends for dinner… we ate at In The Raw (MY FAVORITE) and it was so much fun! I took the day off work on Wednesday (Christmas Eve) to finish up some stuff, hang out with family, and get some good Pierson time in… Well on both Monday and Tuesday nights Pierson was up off and on throughout the night… he usually sleeps all the way through so I figured something might be up… I ended up taking him to the doctor on Wednesday and he had Strep throat AND an ear infection… his first for both! I felt so bad for him!!

We went out to my parents house for a while that night to see some family that was in town. My sister stayed the night with us Christmas Eve… it’s our tradition… she stays with Drew and I on Christmas Eve and then we do stockings just the 3 of us in the morning before everything else starts… well this year we had P-man too and it was so much fun!! (pictures and more on the rest of Christmas day to come) On Friday, the day after Christmas Drew played golf with some of his buddies that were in town and Pierson and I headed out to my parents’ to hang out with family. While Pierson took his 3 hour nap we played the game Turbo Cranium… it was hilarious and so much fun!

Friday night we had our Home for the Holidays party over at Nancy’s… Our friend Nick’s mom has hosted a “home for the holidays" party every year for all of our group of friends since sometime in college. We all look forward to it every Christmas and just have the best time all getting together every year!!
As our gift this year we all wrote out our Holiday Wishes for Nancy and Britney put them in a cute box! We are so lucky Nancy does this for all of us every year!

On Saturday we headed to Tulsa to my cousin Gary’s house to have Christmas with his family… we always have so much fun with them and I love watching Pierson with Max & Kyra!
